AMETEK Rotron El Cajon designs, developes and manufactures thermal management systems for military, aerospace, and commercial companies worldwide. Located just outside of San Diego, CA, we have been providing custom thermal solutions for over 35 years.
Rotron El Cajon offers specialist experience in the design of aerodynamics, heat transfer and subsystems packaging. Our core competencies include fan/blower assemblies, fan/heat exchanger assemblies, fan/heater assemblies, fan trays and rack blowers, and various other system assemblies, including vapor cycle systems. We utilize a building block approach to new designs, leveraging industry experience to create a custom solution that is cost effective, quality controlled, and supports our customer's requirements.

- On-site aerodynamics performance testing up to 5000CFM for components and systems (ANSI/AMCA Standard)
- Thermal, radiated noise, and structure-borne noise testing on-site
- Experience with designing and testing to military and aerospace standards (MIL-810, MIL-461, DO-160, etc.)
- Manufacturing processes in accordance with MIL-Handbook-454, IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001D
